Insurance Billing

Do you have a dental insurance plan? Most of these plans are accepted in our office, and we can typically file the majority of treatment claims with your insurance company. You will pay your estimated co-pay at the time of the visit; then we will give the insurance company time to pay their portion.

Keep in mind that you are responsible for the full payment if the payment isn’t received from the insurance company. We will wait for 45 days after billing for the insurance company to cover the costs. Once the 60-day point has been reached, you will need to pay the entire balance in full.

This service allows you to finance the treatments and make installment payments through a third-party financer.

Once you are approved for CareCredit, you will have the benefit of no interest for 12 months. Since there is no prepayment penalty, you can pay off your dental services in the timeframe that works best for you.
